Work of Vestry

The work of the vestry can be summarized as four key tasks: map a mission, mobilize the talents in the parish - people, programs, property, mandate goals and programs; and monitor and review. The Vestry provides leadership in the parish by: communicating with each other and the entire parish; advocating and celebrating the ministry; assisting with planning, budgeting and reporting; conceiving and promoting programs and empowering the congregation to be successful. As a vestry we listen, we are caring and fair. Throughout this year the Vestry will be checking in with the parish to see if we have accomplished what we have set out to do.
